Update your digital music collection to sound like pure analogue master tapes! The new software runs on Intel-based Mac computers with macOS Big Sur. Mac computers from 2015-2018 can be purchased for as little as $300 and used to create new versions of tracks that can then be played on any streaming player.
Mark Levinson and his engineers have created true standouts in the field of sound, including the first update to the digital audio waveform since its introduction in the 1970s.
Daniel Hertz Mighty Cat Semiconductor
Daniel Hertz is the only audio equipment manufacturer that develops its own proprietary Audio IC (integrated circuit) technology beginning from the silicon up. Daniel Hertz created a new generation of audio ICs called the Daniel Hertz Mighty Cat, a visionary technology from founder Mark Levinson.
The exclusive Daniel Hertz Mighty Cat Class D Audio Chip is the only audio IC capable of running Daniel Hertz patented C Wave, which provides the sound and feeling of pure analog from digital content, including streaming. Daniel Hertz Mighty Cat provides all the functions of separate components, including:
- DAC ( Digital to Analog Converter)
- Preamplifier
- Crossover
- Power amplifier with up to 12 channels
- Headphone amplifier
Daniel Hertz Mighty Cat is fully configurable and programmable. The entire signal flow is configured by software and can be reconfigured anytime.
This allows Daniel Hertz systems to be configured, for example, as a two-channel stereo amplifier, a four-channel amplifier for bi-amplified speakers, or a high-power (800WPC) two-channel amplifier. Speaker tuning can be fine-tuned at any time. Active crossovers can be programmed for bi-amplified speakers, with levels fine-tuned to perfection. An independent internal headphone amplifier can be tuned for any specific headphone.Ā

The Daniel Hertz Mighty Cat offers resolution second to none in a highly integrated design with a pure signal path that eliminates sources of coloration and degradation and delivers the most life-like, natural and emotional sound.
Daniel Hertz Audio Technology Architecture
In addition to being an amplifier, Mighty Cat also performs the functions of the (DAC) digital-to-analog converter, and signal processor for active crossovers and more, providing an extremely short signal path that eliminates sources of sonic coloration such as long lead lengths, multiple power supplies, ground loops, signal loading, noise pickup, and inductance.
Daniel Hertz Continous Wave (C-wave)
The solution is called Daniel Hertz C -wave technology. Pure analogue audio is based on a continuous waveform. Digital audio is based on a non-continuous (sampled) waveform.
What makes C-Wave technology stand out in the world of audio innovation?
- Revolutionary Solution: C-wave technology presents a groundbreaking solution to the longstanding challenges of digital audio quality, addressing issues that have persisted for years.
- Patented Innovation: As the exclusive proprietor of the C-wave technology patent, Daniel Hertz stands as a pioneer in the field, with a solution that is both innovative and protected.
- Objective Validation: Rigorous testing has objectively confirmed the effectiveness of C-wave technology, providing empirical evidence of its ability to enhance audio quality and fidelity.
- Positive Impact on Human Health: Beyond mere audio enhancement, C-wave processing has demonstrated tangible benefits for human physiology, contributing to overall well-being and positive energy.
- Industry Leadership: Daniel Hertz leads the industry with a distinctive ethos, prioritizing honesty, enjoyment, and enthusiasm over profit-driven motives, setting a new standard for integrity in the audio industry.
- Simplified User Experience: Despite its technological sophistication, C-wave technology offers a user experience characterized by simplicity and ease of use, akin to assembling building blocks, making high-quality audio accessible to all.
- Expert Endorsements: Endorsements from renowned mastering engineers and experts in high-resolution recording validate the efficacy of C-wave technology, reinforcing its status as a transformative advancement in audio reproduction.
- Enhanced Listening Experience: By meticulously filling in missing details in digital audio, C-wave processing delivers a heightened level of realism and immersion, revolutionizing the way people experience music and sound.

All audio equipment, from the most expensive to the least expensive, is based on the same obsolete non-continuous digital waveform. Daniel Hertz C Wave is the innovation that overcomes the limitations of digital audio without replacing your music library and digital sources.
It is well known that if you listen to 10 power amplifiers, they all sound different. The reason is that the internal architecture of amplifiers is different. The internal architecture of Daniel Hertz Mighty Cat IC is designed to be exceptionally linear, surpassing the transparency of large, heavy, expensive heat-producing pure analog amplifiers.

The Daniel Hertz amplifier architecture includes USB and coax digital input stages, one-megohm analog inputs, output stages, power supplies, protection circuits, and wifi and Bluetooth receivers that match the performance of the Might Cat chip and enable the listener to get the full benefit of its advanced engineering.
Daniel Hertz Exclusive Speaker Technology
Observing that no available speaker could faithfully reproduce the sound of all instruments and voices, Mark Levinson decided to make one.
Breaking the mold, Daniel Hertz engineers designed the flagship M1, which set a new industry standard in music reproduction. The Daniel Hertz team then developed more compact speakers with the DNA of the M1.
Daniel Hertz makes two types of speakers: bi-amplified and full range.
Bi-amplification uses one channel of power amplifier for the subwoofer, and one channel for the mid-high frequency section (per channel). An active crossover is required to divide the audio into a low pass section that drives the subwoofer, and a high pass section that drives the mid-high speakers.
Daniel Hertz’s bi-amplified models are the M1, M4 and Chiara.
